Purchased a new home? Concerned about your plumbing, heating or cooling? Our $99 HVAC and Plumbing Inspection will ensure that your home’s heating, air conditioning and plumbing systems are operating properly and safely.

The HVAC visual inspection that we perform ensures the air filters are present, that they are the correct type and in good condition, and that the ducts, plenums and returns are in satisfactory condition and free of debris or damage. Safeties are checked on all equipment, and we make sure the exhaust venting is operating properly. We will also check electrical connections, proper combustion air supply, thermostats, zones, evaluate the condenser and evaporator units’ operation, ensure that heating and cooling modes operate properly, and that gas or oil piping and systems are in good condition. You will receive an inspection checklist and recommendations to repair, upgrade, further evaluate or monitor any important issues.

The Plumbing visual inspection that we perform ensures water supply and drain lines on all appliances are in good condition and operating satisfactorily, without restriction and free of any damage. We will check faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, sillcocks and other outdoor fixtures for leaks, drips and more to ensure these are working and are in acceptable condition. We will also check the hot water heater for any leaks and proper temperature. You will receive an inspection checklist and recommendations to repair, further evaluate or monitor any important issues.
